One flick we’ve been telling you about for a while now is the African zombie flick THE DEAD. Now we’ve gotten updates on the Howard and Jonathan Ford directed film here and there, though for the most part THE DEAD is staying pretty quiet. Sure the thing has been making the festival rounds, and for the most part has been impressing people wherever it goes, but regardless of it’s success updates on the film have been few and far between. Well folks worry not because today we’ve got a nice big THE DEAD update for you all!
You see, two brand new trailers for the gruesome zombie flick have just popped up online and we’ve got them for you! Actually… to be fair it’s more like one new trailer has been released with two different versions. Yeah, I don’t get it either but we’re just going to roll with it. After crashing off the coast, Lt. Brian Murphy battles for survival across the vast terrains of Africa in search for a way to get back to his beloved family. Joined by local military man Daniel Dembele who is also searching for his son, together both men join forces all the while battling against the ever present threat of the living dead!
THE DEAD stars Dan Morgan, Rob Freeman, Glenn Salvage, Benjamin James Elliot, Mark Chapman, Amir Moallemi, Prince David Oseia, Anne Devaud, David Dontoh, Ben Crowe, and Julia Scott-Russell. This little diddy still doesn’t have a solid US release date but as soon as we hear something we’ll be sure to pass the good word along to all of you!
