Earlier this month Ammon hit you all with a few stills from Ben Ketai’s straight to DVD sequel 30 DAYS OF NIGHT: DARK DAYS, rememeber that? Now while this thing is looking nowhere near as awesome as 30 DAYS OF NIGHT it’s always refreshing to see some vicious vampire action in the midst of this TWI-crap.
Now unfortunately the new stills I have for you today don’t offer up much in the action department but we do get a couple of hotties looking extremely badass! Above you’ll find a shot of what seems to be star Kiele Sanchez courtesy of Dread Central while below we get a look at a blood-thirsty Mia Kirshner, which comes at us courtesy of ShockTillYouDrop. It has been a year since the isolated Alaskan town of Barrow’s population was decimated by vampires during its annual month long sunset. Riddled with grief over the death of her husband Eben, bound by nightmares and void of all emotions beyond hate and sorrow, Stella Oleson has spent the past months traveling the world, trying to convince others that vampires exist. Met with skepticism and laughter, she is ready to throw in the towel when a group of lost souls offers an incredible opportunity: the chance to exact revenge upon Lilith, the vampire queen responsible for the assault on her sleepy Alaskan town. With nothing remaining to live for, and nothing left to fear, Stella joins their mission and ventures into the uncharted underbelly of Los Angeles where she pushes herself to the most extreme limits to stop the evil from striking again.
Along with Sanchez (below) and Kirshner the flick also stars Diora Baird, Harold Perrineau, Monique Ganderton, Rhys Coiro, Ben Cotton, and Katie Keating. This little diddy isn’t set to hit DVD shelves until October 5th but it will be making an appearence at this week’s Comic-Con so keep it here for more as we hear it!
