Cannibal flick coming from Mexico? We Are What We Are!

Mexicans are crazy bastards. “Think about it man. Tobasco sauce? What kind of f*cked up people would even invent that shit?” Yes, I stole that quote from THE BOONDOCK SAINTS 2 but it pretty much sums it up, no? So with that in mind let me tell you all about a vicious cannibal flick from… Yup you guessed it, Mexico!

What am I talking about? A Mexican cannibal flick heading our way called SOMOS LO QUE HAY (WE ARE WHAT WE ARE). Intrigued? Of course you are. Unfortunately we don’t have much info on WE ARE WHAT WE ARE considering the flick’s Facebook page is in Spanish but we do have some stills for you all as well as a synopsis! Check it:

One family left destitute when her father and leader, from the time his three sons and his widow facing a storm. The four will have to face him his worst nightmare: getting food into their own hands. Continue with its rituals is vital to eat human flesh to survive. Now, by decree, the eldest brother, a teenage misfit, must lead his people to preserve their cannibalistic tradition, unaware that, in the attempt, will have to sacrifice their own lives.
