On this insanely slow news day I stumbled upon a trailer for an international flick that has some potential. The South African film is called THE UNFORGIVING and comes from filmmaker Alastair Orr. How can you not be interested by a genre flick called THE UNFORGIVING? That’s what I thought.

The official site offers the following synopsis: Two survivors who appear unwilling to answer questions are the only links that the authorities have to a spate of attacks that have hit rural South Africa. It takes one of the detectives a face to face encounter with the monster to make him realize the graveness of the situation.
Monster huh? Interesting. Unfortunately there’s no word on a US release for THE UNFORGIVING but we’ll be on the lookout for any other news concerning the indie feature!
