Death Race 2 a Go!

Did you dig Paul W.S. Anderson’s DEATH RACE? Well if you did then I’ve got some great news for you all today! DEATH RACE 2 is on the way!

According to the guys over at ShockTillYouDrop Universal has gone ahead and given DEATH RACE 2 the green light with a script from Tony Giglio. We’ve even got some minor details to go along with the announcement!

Apparently DEATH RACE 2 will be a prequel that follows the origins of ‘Frankenstein’ and the Death Race. It’ll start filming next year with plans to go straight to DVD. Producers are currently on the lookout for the new Frankenstein. Unfortunately it’s highly unlikely the gorgeous Natalie Martinez (below) will be returning. No director is attached yet but as always we’ll keep you updated!
