We’ve been reporting on the horror remake THE ECHO for quite some time, but to little avail in the release department. Well, today the wait finally ends… in November. What I’m getting at is, the flick will be releasing on DVD this November 10th from Image Entertainment.
That’s the cover art for it up top. What do you guys think? Has the creepy little girl bit been played out in this genre? I will say that when it comes to eerie tiny tots, the one right here with THE ECHO ranks pretty damn high.
Again, the plot reverberates lke this: An ex-con moves into an old apartment building, where he encounters a domestic problem involving a police officer, his wife, and their daughter. When he tries to intervene, however, a mysterious curse entraps him.
Mr. Yam Laranas is the director and his cast is made up of Kevin Durand, Jesse Bradford, Amelia Warner, Pruitt Taylor Vince, and Jayne Eastwood. You guys think this is gonna be a winner?
