Chaw teases

Monster movies usually equal a good time at the movies, but a Korean monster movie usually means you’re in for a special treat! That is, if it’s anything like 2006’s THE HOST.

Which makes the upcoming “giant killer hog” movie CHAW sound so f*cking appealing! Straight out of Korea from director Jeong-won Shin, CHAW goes a little something like this: A black comedy about the events that are set into motion in a town after a man-eating boar goes on a rampage.

If “man-eating boar on a rampage” doesn’t have you sold, then you should check out the teaser trailer below and go wild. While it’s totally in Korean, you can still get a feel for what the film is about, and relish in the killer visuals and fun vibe the film is going for. It really does remind me a lot of THE HOST, but with… you know… a giant boar instead of a mutated amphibious creature.
