New Born pics!

Kane Hodder is making more of a name for himself than just “the dude who played Jason Voorhees a bunch of times.” Now he’s “the dude who’s in a shitload of straight to DVD horror movies.” It’s not a bad place to go, and I’m sure he gets plenty of love when people stumble across his work.

On June 16th, Hodder’s latest STD hits shelves with BORN, about Mary Elizabeth, who goes to bed alone one night, still a 21 year old virgin, and wakes up the next morning…pregnant. Possessed by the demon fetus growing within her womb, Mary Elizabeth obeys her homicidal cravings to kill…for the sake of her unborn spawn. Mary Elizabeth’s dark transformation, controlled by her unborn demon child, is driven by it’s dark cravings. Once the child is born there will be hell on earth. From this apparent immaculate conception comes edge of your seat terror.

You gotta love horror themed pregnant movies. Expecting a kid’s terrifying enough, let alone one that’s a spawn of Satan! We got a few new images from the film, courtesy of Lionsgate, one of which reveals that Hodder won’t be a killer… but a preacher! That’s right folks, Hodder will be playing Cardinal in the film, one who knows how to kick the devil’s ass out of people. If that makes any sense at all…

Also notice that pictured above with Hodder is Denise Crosby, the creepy mom from PET SEMETARY. Nice to see she’s still out there swinging that scary mug of hers!

Enjoy the rest of the new pics below, and get ready to be BORN June 16th.
