The Arrow has been taking Australia by storm over the last few weeks, so it’s only fitting we have some release news that’s specific to the land down under. Considering the film features one of Australia’s hottest stars, it totally makes sense!
The long awaited horror flick PREY, starring Aussie hottie Natalie Bassingthwaighte, now has a release date! According to Natalie Bassingthwaighte.com, the film is set to premiere in Sydney and Melbourne on May 5th and 7th, with a nation-wide release of May 8th!
That’s right, in less than one month, PREY will finally be unleashed upon the masses. After reports of scandalous shower scenes and the like after all this time, I personally can’t wait to check it out, and with it being released in Australia soon, that means the rest of the world should see it shortly thereafter–STD or otherwise.
Briefly, PREY goes like this: Three couples on a 4-wheel-drive holiday wander into an Aboriginal sacred site and awaken a 5000 year old curse.
It could also be described as “Natalie Bassingthwaighte with a chainsaw” and I think you’d get the same idea. Look for PREY in theaters everywhere (in Australia) May 8th, and stick around for that impedning North American release!
