So we’re just a few short days away from finally being able to lay our eyes upon the greatness that should be FRIDAY THE 13TH… so you know what that means… a new viral website!
Sarcasm aside. We happen to actually have a new viral website via Paramount where you can view a ‘LIVE’ Webcam straight from Camp Crystal Lake! You can also send the webcam feed to friends, where they will be prompted to enter their name and eventually be targeted by Jason Voorhees!
It’s nothing earth shattering obviously, but it’s fun. Just head right over here to check out the webcam and here to send it to a friend.
In other FRIDAY THE 13TH news, Platinum Dunes producer Brad Fuller went ahead and posted his final FRIDAY THE 13TH posting over at Platinum Dunes’ Official Blog. Fuller mentions a host of things in the blog, from what he expects people to nitpick about to New York Comic Con to positive screenings of the movie.
The juciest piece of info Fuller spills is that we can expect an entirely different movie once the Unrated DVD of FRIDAY THE 13TH hits shelves. Entirely different how? Well Fuller says there’ll be a whole other storyline added onto the Unrated version. That’s intriguing. And if you still don’t have your FRIDAY THE 13TH fill.. head on over to MTV where you can enter a FRIDAY THE 13TH contest for a chance at a New York trip. Is it just me or does the runner up prize sound more appealing?
