Nicolas Cage hasn’t had a good movie since 2005. That’s 4 long years people! This is coming from an Academy Award winner who’s brought us badass flicks like SNAKE EYES, FACE/OFF and LORD OF WAR. Well the lack of an awesome movie hasn’t stopped Nic Cage seeing how he’s been pumping out the flicks like no tomorrow. Right now he’s got SEASON OF THE WITCH, KICK-ASS, and KNOWING heading our away, among others.

And on that note we’ve got some updates today regarding KNOWING. We’ve got some new stills thanks to SciFi.com and a new trailer from Apple. You can check out a couple new and/or old stills above and below. Just click through to head on over to SciFi.com to check out the rest. Also below you can click through to check out the new KNOWING trailer over at the JoBlo videos section.

KNOWING is about a teacher opens a time capsule that has been dug up at his son’s elementary school; in it are some chilling predictions — some that have already occurred and others that are about to — that lead him to believe his family plays a role in the events that are about to unfold. That sounds awesome and the trailer below looks great. I’m definitely sold on KNOWING. It’s got a NUMBER 23 feel to it except on a bigger scale. Unfortunately this doesn’t seem like Cage’s back to the norm… but I’m still a fan.

KNOWING comes from talented director Alex Proyas with a script by Ryne Douglas Pearson andJuliet Snowden. Along with Cage it stars Rose Byrne, Ben Mendelsohn, and Chandler Canterbury. Find out why Knowing is Everything on March 20.

NEXT 2? Nooooo!
