Just a couple days ago we showed you all the new trailer for TERMINATOR: SALVATION. Who would’ve thought McG’s TERMINATOR movie would look this good? Kind of a bugout right?
Well today we have a look at the newest still for the flick courtesy of the LA Times. Check it out above and click through for a larger version. The still obviously stars the great Christian Bale as he wanders through what looks like some kind of Terminator storage/creating room. Works for me! Definitely a pretty sweet still.
Also at the LA Times, The Terminator himself Arnold Schwarzenegger talked about recently seeing some footage from the film and basically being left confused. Not sure how to take that one. Don’t know if you blame that on Arnold or McG… guess we’ll find out. Here’s the synopsis for SALVATION: After Skynet has destroyed much of humanity in a nuclear holocaust, a group of survivors led by John Connor struggles to keep the machines from finishing the job.
As mentioned, TERMINATOR: SALVATION comes from director McG and is quickly becoming one of next year’s most anticipated movies. It’s got a release date of May 22, 2009 and comes from writers Paul Haggis, Shawn Ryan, and Jonathan Nolan. It’s got an all star cast consisting of Bale, Anton Yelchin, Sam Worthington, Bryce Dallas Howard (below), Moon Bloodgood, Common, Helena Bonham Carter, and Arnold Schwarzenegger look-a-like Roland Kickinger as the legendary T-800.
