Miller on City 2

With Frank Miller’s THE SPIRIT hitting theaters in just over three weeks, there’s really no surprise that he’s pimping it out to everyone he talks to. But he can only say so much, and it was only a matter of time before he started chatting about his next project: SIN CITY 2!

He spoke with IGN UK recently and dropped this this little tidbit of information regarding the sequel: Sin City 2 is written. It’s mainly a matter of working out the details of the production. I’m hoping to do it with Robert Rodriguez again in the same circumstances that we did the first one, and we could be shooting as soon as April.

You like that shit? Shooting as early as April…. hell yeah! While it worries me that THE SPIRIT looks like a steaming turd, I’m relieved when I remember that Rodriguez is the one in charge of this beast, not Miller, and the man can do no wrong in my book! SIN CITY rocked harder than anything we’ve seen before, and there’s no doubt in my mind they’ll be able to pull the same awesomeness again.
