
In light of this weekend’s release of SAW V (review up early next week),
I decided
to take 50 steps back. Yup I’m talking about the original 9 1/2 minutes long short film
that started it all (some call it Saw 0.5). As all SAW fans know, after
franchise creators James Wan and Leigh Whannell wrote their original SAW
screenplay they proceeded to shoot a scene from it, in the name of using it to push/get
their feature off the ground. Obviously it worked out for em! See the short that started it all below!
