There’s a (slightly) new poster for J.T. Petty’s western horror flick THE BURROWERS online today, a poster featuring some cowboys and a nasty skull coming to the surface… sweet!
THE BURROWERS is about a band of courageous men who set out to find and recover a family of settlers that has mysteriously vanished from their home. Expecting the offenders to be a band of fierce natives, the group prepares for a routine battle. But they soon discover that the real enemy stalks them from below.
Ooooooh–scary! Seriously, this flick has ‘potential’ written all over it, I just hope it turns out well. I love horror movies, and I’m a big fan of Westerns, but combing them into one? I’m not sure I can handle another QUICK AND THE UNDEAD. Not that it can’t be done, it just hasn’t been done… yet. Maybe this will be the first truly effective horror Western!
We basically saw this poster a few weeks ago; however, the new poster features the brand-new tagline Evil Will Surface. See? This thing keeps getting scarier and scarier!
