There’s nothing like tha announcement of a new horror movie to get your blood flowing so early in the morning, as is the case today when I heard about the upcoming horror flick FORTUNA. It’s not a remake, it’s not a reimagining, it’s not torture porn, and it’s not something we’ve seen a gabillion times… all adding to the idea that this movie is gonna rock!

Dominic Monaghan (LOST) and Freddy Rodriguez () have both landed starring roles in the flick, playing contestants in the deadly game where no one ever seems to win. FORTUNA’s writer / director Barthelemy Grossmann will also be staring as one of the contestants.
Cool premise and a cool cast–this thing just keeps getting better and better by the minute! No word on a proposed release date; however, filming is set to begin this November in Sofia, Bulgaria. You know what that means–more casting announcements for FORTUNA will be on their soon so stick around!
