The Hollywood Reporter announced some interesting news this morning that may (or may not) be of interest as it has to do with plotting murders and the divine sexiness of Brittany Snow.
The flick’s called BREAKING THE GIRL, from Myraid Pictures and director Jamie Babbit. So the question you’ve been asking yourself form the get-go: what the flock is it about? Check it: [The] film follows Sara Ryan, a betrayed co-ed who befriends a fellow student with a nemesis of her own. The pair plot to kill each others’ enemies, but Ryan discovers all is not what it seems.
Yes, it’s vague, but any flick with a duo of co-eds plotting to kill each other’s worse enemies sounds intriguing and may be right up our alley here on AITH. Also, THR used the phrase sexually charged thriller when describing the project, which reminds me of such films as FATAL ATTRACTION, FEAR, and SWIMFAN–we simply won’t know for sure until more info is released.
One thing I don’t need clarification on, however, is the hottness of Snow, and the need for her to be in something better than PROM NIGHT. The chick’s hot and obviously has some talent so let’s throw her a frickin’ bone here, people!
Filming begins this November in Vancouver, B.C., so stick around as more is revealed about BREAKING THE GIRL over the next couple of months.
