Having totally been taken by uber photogenic and “Arrow Approved” actress MELANIE THIERRY after
seeing her own the screen in the “should’ve been great but the Studio
pissed on it” BABYLON A.D. (review up on Monday) I looked up the blonde haired/blue eyed model turned actress online. And yup, I discovered two other genre projects she was
involved in that might peak your interest. The first was the 2007 French sci fi
actionner CHRYSALIS.
Here’s the SYNOPSIS and THE TRAILER: A tale about memory manipulation. Paris,
2025. The body of a young female illegal immigrant is found with peculiar scars
around her eyes. Police Lieutenant David Hoffman discovers a link between the
girl’s murder and notorious smuggler Dimitri Nicolov.
The other was TWISTED SOULS (aka Ecorches). Here’s the
SYNOPSIS: A young couple leaves for vacation in an isolated house in the
countryside. During their stay, with the shelter of the glances, they slip into
a violent and passionate relationship, which will lead them to make the worst.
