Voorhees flashback!

Before JASON VOORHEES sold out to
PLATINUM DUNES (via New Line); the take charge slasher icon was owned and peddled by PARAMOUNT
PICTURES, a company that LOVED the return$$$ Jason brought in but that at the
same time didn’t respect him all that much.

Voorhees’ Swan Song at Paramount was the dry FRIDAY THE 13TH PART 8:
JASON TAKES A CRUISE SHIP…I mean… TAKES MANHATTAN and although the
film turned out fairly meh, it did result in this brilliant and quite funny little
piece of Voorhees PR-ing!
