It is hard to believe that in merely two weeks X-FILES: I WANT TO BELIEVE will be hitting theaters, treating a new audience of X-FILES fans to a brand new movie featuring Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson). Being a big fan of the series in its hayday (about thirteen years ago now), I for one can’t wait to check this sucker out–especially considering the amount of secrecy the film has maintained.
In conjuncture with the release of the movie, two days earlier will be the release of Issue #0 of THE X-FILES comic book! Set in the realm of the TV series (about season 5 to be exact), the comic was created by Frank Spotnitz and the good folks at DC Comics.
The lucky f*cks at Entertainment Weekly got the hook up with the first few pages from the comic, and so far… this thing is looking pretty sweet. Notice how they even have the show’s opening sequence in comic form? Very cool.
