The guys over at Dread Central are dropping word today on a big name to join Jennifer Lynch’s NAGIN. That name is director Robert Kurtzman!
Mind you, Mr. Kurtzman has nothing to do with the direction of NAGIN, instead he and his team are going to be behind effects of the film!
That’s some sweet ass news. It seems like Kurtzman is going to fit right in with what Lynch is trying to do with NAGIN. The flick is about the titular Indian legend about a snake woman who can take on many forms.
NAGIN’s producer, Govind Menon had the following to say regarding the project:
”Given the population of India, China and the Far East, the Snake Woman has more fans than The Werewolf, Vampire, and Mermaid combined.”
Kurtzman also promised an awesome human-to-snake transformation without any CG! That alone would be worth checking out the flick for. Nevermind the fact that the gorgeous Mallika Sherawat (below) is set to play the venomous vixen.
