The synopsis for the flick reads: A vampire named Saya, who is part of covert government agency that hunts and destroys demons in a post-WWII Japan, is inserted in a military school to discover which one of her classmates is a demon in disguise.
BLOOD: THE LAST VAMPIRE is actually a remake of a Japanese anime, so it’s got something going for it already… well that and Mr. Cool above.
BLOOD has Chris Nahon directing with Ronny Yu pegged for a writing credit. It stars Gianna Jun, Allison Miller, JJ Field, Liam Cunningham, Andrew Pleavin, Constantine Gregory, Joey Anaya, and Masiela Lusha. It’s looking at a Spring 2008 release.
