IGOR has been in the works for quite some time now. Ammon gave us all an update on the release date last month. But aside from that there hasn’t really been any updates on this animated could-be gem.

Until now. IMPAwards have thrown up the brand new poster for the flick, which stars the titular character. Scope that out above.

IGOR is about a mad scientist’s hunchbacked lab assistant who has big dreams of winning the Evil Science Fair. It stars the voicing talents of Eddie Izzard, Jay Leno, Jennifer Coolidge (below), Molly Shannon, Steve Buscemi, John Cleese, John Cusack and Sean Hayes. So needless to say it’s definately got a great cast lined up, but what animated flick doesn’t nowadays?

It comes from writer Chris McKenna with Anthony Leondis directing. IGOR is hitting theaters everywhere on September 19 of this year. We’ll keep you updated on any more updates.

Jennifer Coolidge has big boobs… there I said it.
