Lost Boys 3?

Well, it certainly seems like “LOST BOYS Central” over here at AITH lately. And I wouldn’t have it any other way! With the recent release of the trailer for LOST BOYS 2: THE TRIBE (see it HERE), all “Frog Brothers Fanatics” as well as the rest of the ’net have been salivating at their fanged lips in anticipation of the flick. Well, here’s another tasty bit to chomp on:

During his visit to MTV for the premiere of the LB2 trailer, Corey Feldman (the Frog man himself) spilled his guts on the possibility of a LOST BOYS 3 and the direction he’d like to see it go! Check it out! You may be surprised by his darker vision for the future path of Edgar Frog:

“The stage is set,” he said of the ending to “The Tribe.” “So it’s really up to you, the viewer, and you, the audience, to see that final chapter comes into fruition.”

No official storyline has been discussed so far, but the Feld-meister sure has some killer ideas for where his character could go. When asked about his dream plot, here’s what he said:

“What I would like to see? Personally the way I would like to see it go, I would like to see Edgar finally become a vampire himself and have to battle his own inner demons. That’s where it should go in my mind. I think that part of the magic for the whole trilogy would be seeing those characters that you trust, that you love, turning to the dark side and figuring out if they could make their way back,” he mused. “For the guy who’s out there defending truth, justice, and the American way to be confronted with his own demons, and actually have to go down the path of the dark side – will he make it out? Or has he gone down so far that once he’s turned, there’s no hope, light? Who can save him? I mean, once Edgar Frog’s turned, anything’s possible.”

When queried about the possibility of his character biting the dust, Feldman grinned and replied,

“You never know. Maybe his brother would have to do it for him – maybe Sam [Corey Haim].”

You can’t do a story about LOST BOYS without showing part 2’s star, Autumn Reeser.
