Long drug to Hell

With the recent switcheroo of Ellen Page to Alison Lohman starring in Sam Raimi’s DRAG ME TO HELL, it seems like casting and other news have been coming out of the woodwork left and right. Considering Lohman is the only cast member announced until now, I must be trippin’, but today… today there’s some more casting news that will have ya howling for more.

What do JEEPERS CREEPERS, LIVE FREE OR DIE HARD, and Apple all have in common? Justin Long, of course! According to Variety, Long has joined the cast of HELL, opposite Lohman in the lead male role, playing Lohman’s boyfriend.

Some people have serious beef with Long for some reason, but ever since CREEPERS, I’ve dug the guy–what can I say, he’s a likable dude! Though, in all honesty, I can’t take him very seriously, but maybe that’s the angle Raimi’s going for–a little tongue and cheek action. It wouldn’t be the first time!
