I’m not really sure where this fascination of revealing the movie is all about. Personally, if it’s a movie I plan on seeing in the theater, I don’t watch these kinds of videos because I’d rather save the experience for the big screen. If I’ve already seen it, why pay to see it again, right?
When I was a kid I watched this MTV special for the upcoming WAYNE’S WORLD 2 – I was so stoked cause they showed like all sorts of funny ass clips and previews of the movie. When I finally went to check it out, I realized that I was shown all the funny parts… it was like I had already seen the damn movie before! So anyway, I was disappointed, and I haven’t ruined a movie like that for me since.
But don’t let that stop you! No, no, no, no… you should definitely check out the video below, watch it a few times with your friends, email the link to your family members, show it to the random people in the coffee shop next to you… have a f*cking blast! CLOVERFIELD hits everywhere January 18th.
