New Todd trailer/TV

I don’t think there was a soul out there who heard that Johnny Depp was pairing up with director Tim Burton again for a musical about a barber who gets his kicks off killing people and thought it wasn’t going to be awesome. Seriously, this project has awesome written all over it! Now with the release date gearing up for next month, with trailers and clips coming out of the woodworks, there’s no denying it… SWEENEY TODD is looking as good as you’d imagine it would be!

Today there are a few new clips (courtesy of The Movie Box ) of TODD, each contributing to the notion that this movie’s gonna rock… and that Warner Bros./Dreamworks are scared shitless that the flick’s a flippin’ musical, as they still haven’t let it be know, or even alluded to the fact, that TODD is, indeed, a musical.

One’s the trailer screened at this year’s Scream Awards, the other is a more condensed version of the same trailer, cut down for TV. Both look amazing in true Depp/Burton style, and I can’t wait to see how bad Alan Rickman is here… from the trailer, I already hate the guy!

Have fun with the clips below, and get ready for SWEENEY TODD in theaters everywhere December 21st.
