Bradley on Hell redux

It’s refreshing to hear when someone in Hollywood isn’t on board the remake bandwagon, who doesn’t think that remakes or reimaginings is a good think, who basically thinks like many of us fans do. Case in point is Doug Bradley, the dude who has been playing the iconic Pinhead through eight feature films. He recently sat down with Fangoria Radio to dish about things here and there… including the news of the upcoming HELLRAISER remake!

I have to be diplomatic if I have any chance of being in it. But when I hear ‘reimagining,’ all I think about is what an awful word that is.

I don’t think there’s a fan out there who doesn’t agree with that! Early reports on the direction of the new HELLRAISE have eluded to going in a different direction than that of Pinhead and his Cenobites, so there may not be a place for the guy in the film anyway… but if there is going to be a Pinhead, can you really see it being played by anyone other than Bradley? I don’t think so!
