As you might know, I sold my horror/action screenplay
TRANCE to Upload Films last month and they are presently shooting
the picture in Baton Rouge Louisiana (Hans Rodionoff is helming). Yesterday the
IMDb page
for the film let out an interesting piece of casting. DOMINIQUE
SWAIN (Face-Off – Dead Mary) will be playing the role of LAURA in the film.
Will be interesting to see what she does with the role – its a fun one! I gotta
say, being that I had casting input in the last two screenplays that I
sold, it is kind of weird to see other people making decisions as to whom will
play the characters that I created. With that said, weird in a good way. A new experience for me. More
news on TRANCE as it surfaces! NOTE: I love who they cast as Paula (Jessica
Heap), why? See below!
