If your a guy, you like action movies. It’s as simple as that. I have never met a male who doesn’t love a flick filled with explosions, blood, and hot chicks. These movies often contain a chiseled male star, so there’s something for the females too. So how can you go wrong with an good action flick?
And that’s exactly what RAMBO is. Now as I’ve mentioned before, horror is our main concern here at Arrow in the Head, but we’ve got a few exceptions, this being one of them. People can go on and on about Sylvester Stallone’s age and acting ability, but after watching this trailer, how can one not enjoy this flick? If you know anything about us guys here at Arrow in the Head, you’ll know that the only thing we love more than horror movies are hot chicks. But a peg below horror flicks would be action flicks, and not the drama/thrillers that try and act like an action movie, but the ‘in your face, I’m going to blow your head off with this shotgun’ action. Meaning we’re big fans of the action heroes back in the day, one of course being Sly Stallone. Of course this is The Arrow’s favorite, mine happens to be Bruce Willis.
As most know, Stallone has been working on JOHN RAMBO/RAMBO TO HELL AND BACK/etc/etc/etc/etc. Well the flick has finally fallen on the title RAMBO, which I really dig. Last week The Arrow let you all know about the poster for the flick, which is pretty badass.
Well the news I’m bringing to you today is that a new RAMBO trailer has hit the net, and it’s pretty badass! The gritty action we all love. You can check out the trailer below. RAMBO is, of course, the 4th installment in the FIRST BLOOD franchise. Sure, it’s not going to match the original, we all know that. But it looks like it’s going to be a damn fun ride!
According to IMDB, the plot is: In Thailand, John Rambo (Stallone) assembles a group of mercenaries and leads them up the Salween River to a Burmese village where a group of Christian aid workers allegedly went missing. It’s directed by the man himself, Sylvester Stallone and written by Art Monterastelli, Stallone, and Jeb Stuart (among others). It stars Stallone of course, as well as Julie Benz, Matthew Marsden, and Graham McTavish. It hits theaters January 25, 2008. Here’s hoping RAMBO is that great action flick that Hollywood’s been lacking for years. Check out the newest trailer below!
