dropped by the site to say hello; this week, say wassup to the lovely
Shannon Dixon!
Shannon: Shannon, a Maryland native, is
"absolutely impassioned with horror movies. She was recently cast in
THE COLLECTOR,
directed by Emmy award-winner Charles Roggero. The plot involves
a horror film aficionado who, upon finally meeting his ‘fantasy girl’,
yields to some grievous consequences. George Stover, a veteran of John
Waters movies (FEMALE TROUBLE, DESPERATE LIVING, POLYESTER), plays the
title role.
Shannon sayz:
"My all-time favorites are
CHERRY HILL, FREDDY VS. JASON and BRIDE OF CHUCKY. As a matter of fact,
I’ve just added THE MESSENGERS to the list, that film kicked butt. I
prefer horror films that evoke the wicked and crazy. I really like
‘scary’ so I’m a big fan of Anchor Bay’s commerce, what with the Hammer
and Romero movies–and the forthcoming release of RE-ANIMATOR! I loved
working on THE COLLECTOR because of the frills, specifically the
opportunity to work with the horror memorabilia and props. I don’t know
if I can plug my own web site on Arrow in the Head but here goes:
