While I never saw WHITE NOISE when it hit last year, I knew that it was going to be bad because Michael Keaton: a)Wasn’t playing Batman; b)Didn’t have clones; c)Wasn’t a vicious psychopath, and d)His character wasn’t named Artie Lewis. Now we have a sequel (in name only) called WHITE NOISE 2: THE LIGHT, directed by Patrick (DRACULA 2000) Lussier and starring Nathan Fillion.

Today, UHM reports that two stills from the film have surfaced on the ‘net, as well as info on the release date. The film will be released theatrically January 5, 2007, as a matter of fact. Production house Gold Circle Films also have a couple stills of their own, but aren’t enlargeable (is that even a word?). Nothing special so far, so expect the trailer to make a bigger buzz.

Fillion stars as a man brought back from the brink of death, who brings with him the ability to know who is going to die before they do and goes about attempting to thwart their fates. Hmm, FINAL DESTINATION, anyone? Click here for those pics from UHM, and here for Gold Circle’s.
