Okay, now before anyone says anything, this is a rumour, first and foremost. And given that it’s coming from IGN Filmforce, take it for what it’s worth.
According to the story, a tipster pointed out to IGN that on the Wikipedia entry for special effects artists-turned-directors Greg and Colin Strause that the brothers are possibly in line for ALIENS VS. PREDATOR 2. Furthermore, the brothers have met with producers and are set to sign the deal this week. On the other side of things, the Strause’s official site simply mentioned “something big is brewing”.
Again, this is only a rumour, but if it does come true, then Paul Anderson fans (and haters) will have one less thing to talk about when it comes to the continuation of the series. ALIEN VS. PREDATOR 2 is set for release next August.
