We knew it was coming sooner than later, as SAW III is looking to hit theaters this coming October, which leaves director Darren Lynn Bousman less than 6 months to film and edit together the third entry of this trilogy of terror!
Today the boys at Bloody-Disgusting scored the first casting news of SAW III, and it doesn’t look like we’ll be disappointed! Angus Macfadyen (EQUILIBRIUM) and smokin’ beauty Bahar Soomekh (M:I:III) will both have rolls in the film, though who specifically they’ll be playing is still unknown. Sweet!
But what about the plot? Bousman tells BD “It’s the most f-cked up of Jigsaw’s games… and the most
psychologically intense.” Sounds like a good time to me! The new cast joins SAW veterans Tobin Bell and Shawnee Smith, who are up to their old tricks of terror macabre. But in a good way, ya know?
