One Missed trailer

A little while back, we told you about one of Japanese director Takashi Miike’s best films, CHAKUSHIN ARI aka ONE MISSED CALL being stuck in the remake-‘o-matic machine.

Well, over at Film Horizon, they’ve posted the trailer for the third entry into Miike’s series of cellular horror, ONE MISSED CALL: FINAL, which is being directed by Manabu Asou. Since I’m writing this up during ActionScript class (a rebel, I know), I can’t really comment on the trailer. But that just ups the excitement factor, doesn’t it?

Starring Maki Horikita and Meisa Kuroki, FINAL revolves around the timid, young Asuka being bullied by her classmates. When they embark on a class field trip to Korea, however, Asuka plans revenge by sending a disturbing photo with the message: ‘If you transmit this cursed photo to someone else, your life will be spared.’ The students rush to pass the photo on to save their own lives, sparking a deadly fight for survival that echoes BATTLE ROYALE. Nice!

Get the goodness right here.
