Scripter Rock Shaink, Jr. contacted Papa Jo this weekend to give the heads up that after he finishes up duties on the remake of THE HIDDEN, his next screenplay will be called ALTER EGO. The logline so far is as follows:
A group of unique characters trapped inside an imaginary world (Manhattan) must solve a murder inside the tourist filled city streets before the clock strikes midnight on New Years Eve, killing everyone.
Not entirely sure I understand that summary, but I sure like the killing everyone part. No word on the director yet, but maybe Rock’ll get the chance to make the leap with this project. We’ll keep you updated as we understand what’s going on better.
