Johnny Butane and the Dread Central gang sent us word on an exclusive deal they scored with director James Zahn and his indie film DEATH WALKS THE STREETS.

The deal goes like this: DC will have dibs on behind-the-scenes stuff from the film, as well as having Zahn’s filming blog on the site. To sweeten the deal, Dread Central will also be having behind-the-scenes video podcasts for schmoes to download, as well as pictures, artowork and the like detailing the progress of the shoot which is expected to start soon. Sounds awesome, doesn’t it?

Dread Central even has the beginning ‘episodes’ of the shoot for your viewing pleasure here, and will have director Zahn and producer Matt Pletcher in a chat on February 17th. The entire deal will have it’s own section on the DC site fairly soon, so keep your eyes peeled, or visit the film’s official site if you can’t wait.

DEATH WALKS THE STREETS tells the tale of Michael Labou, who fresh from prison is sucked back into The Organization, a crime syndicate in the midst of a war among vampires, werewolves, demons and zombies, with everyone vying for control of an artifact that could destroy them all.
