When I first heard about a sequel to WHITE NOISE my reaction was a mixture of what a surprise and man it’s going to suck. But hold on just a minute. Came across some news today that forced me to reframe my suppositions.
According to Hollywood North Report, none other than Patrick Lussier (DRACULA 2000) will helm. Now that’s a man who knows how to make a genre pic! I still have fears of the probable PG-13 rating, but with Lussier at the stern of this ship, I will certainly be forced to give it due consideration.
As to what the sequel is going to be about: the story follows a man who is brought back to life after his family is murdered. After his own personal near death experience, he undergoes a transformation that allows him to see people who are on the verge of death. Trying to save their lives, he realizes that a price has to be paid for trying to change the natural order of things.
Hopefully that price involves sexy demonesses.
