You may or may not remember the TNT series WITCHBLADE, but either way it’s getting ready to hit the big screen now and we should all be thankful. It’s yet another comic-to-flick pairing for Platinum Studios and Top Cow Prods.
The comics follow the story of a female detective who comes into possession of a mystical and powerful weapon that she uses to battle crime and evil. It should be noted that said battling of crime and evil is done in tight, cleavage heavy oufits. Yum!
Clearly the studios are excited about the property since they are shooting two movies back-to-back in China next year. Sadly there is no director, writer, or cast to announce yet, but that doesn’t mean we can’t take a moment to look back at the lovely star of the TV series – Yancy Butler.
