UPDATE: Looks as though DVDAnswers heard my grumbling, because they’ve just added the artwork for RED EYE, along with more details on the specs (added below).
DVDAnswers has new info on upcoming DVDs for RED EYE, THE CAVE and THE EXORCISM OF EMILY ROSE.
First up is Wes Craven’s rebound attempt after the train wreck that was CURSED. RED EYE will be flying onto shelves January 10th at $29.99. Video-wise, the film will be presented in 2.40:1 anamorphic widescreen, with an English and French Dolby Digital 5.1 track. English, French and Spanish subtitles will also be provided. Extras include a commentary with the filmmakers, outtakes, a Making of a Thriller at 30,000 Feet featurette, and another feature on director Wes Craven.

The monster mash that was THE CAVE will be available to own the week before RED EYE (January 3rd). No details on the disc as of yet, other than it’s cost ($28.95) and the artwork below.

Finally, the feel-good hit of the summer THE EXORCISM OF EMILY ROSE will be available on December 20th this year in both cash-cow flavors (119 minute rated and 121 minute unrated cuts). Again, each should set you back around $28.95 a pop. Unfortunately, there are no word on extras for this one either! I guess the DVD Buzz-Saw will be busy…
