Fangoria scored some choice cuts today with news that Mia Farrow has joined the cast for FOX’s remake of THE OMEN.
According to the article, Playbill’s Harry Haun spoke recently to the veteran actress, who said herself that she would be appearing in the film, which begins filming in Prague later this month. Farrow, who coincidently starred in another ‘demon child’ flick in 1968’s ROSEMARY’S BABY, joins Julia Stiles (also a coincidence, since Stiles is currently co-starring with Farrow in the Off-Broadway play FRAN’S BED) and Liev (SCREAM) Schreiber in the John Moore-directed update. Farrow didn’t say which role she’ll portray in the film, but as stated above, she has dealt with children from Hell. OMEN 666 opens June 6, 2006.
