The gents over at Dread Central report that they’ve likely uncovered the identity of the man who is set to helm a remake of DAY OF THE DEAD. It is none other than Steve Miner (LAKE PLACID).
You can pop over there to hear the caveats about how reliable they feel the source is, but I’m mostly thinking that if it is true it’s a pretty solid choice coming from the studio behind DAY OF THE DEAD 2: CONTAGIUM and CREEPSHOW 3!
Most important of all, though, will be to quickly discover if Miner would bring Bridget Fonda into his cast again. I mean that is need to know!
