I’m going to admit right up front that I’m not a big follower of comic books, graphic novels, animated serials, whatever you want to call them. I like ’em when I read ’em, but I’ve never been able to invest the time to keep up with the multiple threads that each character and story has.
That said, it sounds like Marvel Comics have set up an interesting mini series that could be wicked cool. Newsarama.com posted an interview with Robert Kirkman about the MARVEL ZOMBIES series he will release in December with Sean Phillips.
The interview has lots of talk about crossover, and spin-off of a spin-off which I’m not going to try and sort out here. You can read all about it yourself.
The key element to me is Marvel superheros and villians as zombies. That’s f*cking cool!
