I think most in the genre community released a collective groan when it became clear there was indeed another CREEPSHOW movie coming out. It didn’t appear to have any name talent attached, and outside of the infamous title, would pretty clearly have nothing to do with the King/Romero original.
That said, these folks have been spot on with their marketing, serving up some choice images and just enough info to keep ya interested. Their one serious mistep was with the original website that was pretty damn amateurish. They’ve shored that up now, though, and have a nice little intro to the first story running.
Looks like we’ll get the tale of a serial killer call girl facing off with a vampire john. Now that kind of action will work for me any day! So check out the teaser and mark your calendars. The site says we get more on the next story come September 30.
