The good gents over at MoviesOnline.ca have tossed up a new trailer for Peter Jackson’s KING KONG. It’s got a bit more character development and less CGI beastie’s than the infamous TV spot.
Truthfully I was pretty disappointed with the original trailer when it hit, but this one has re-ignited my hope. Not only does it give a better look at what will no doubt be strong performances (especially from Jack Black), it also establishes the whole look of the film as slightly surreal. That’ll hopefully make it easier to forgive the obvious CGI when Kong and his adversaries get involved.
