Variety reports today that Annasophia Robb, most recently appearing as Violet Beaureguard in CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, will take a role opposite Hillary Swank in THE REAPING.
No word on Robb’s role, but the flick’s gambit has Swank as a myth debunker (which let me tell you is a funny word to write) who goes to a small Texas town to check out signs of the 10 biblical plagues. You can check her out below showing off her abs and a sense of humor. What a freakin’ combo!

Despite the film’s setting in Texas, it’s actually being shot in my home town of Baton Rouge, LA so I’m pretty interested in this one. Geaux Tigers!
