ComingSoon.net reports today that journeyman actor Ezra Buzzington (GHOST WORLD) has signed on to Alexandre Aja’s remake of THE HILLS HAVE EYES. He will play Google, if the scoop is to be believed, the watchdog of the hill people.
Sounds like we’re looking at an adaptation of the original, rather than a straight remake. Awesome!
While it’s too early to tell what will stay and what will go from the original, there’s no question that crazy shenanigans from wacked out hill people, terrorizing a happy suburban family that takes the wrong dang route on their vacation, will still be the rule of the day. How can ya not be excited about that!
