We got a heads up from Savage Dog Films of a few new horror projects they have in the works, and boy do they sound promising! Not only that, but they were nice enough to give us some great images from the set!
The first flick is called MANIA, which is currently in post-production. We have the cover art for the upcoming DVD – I gotta say this shit looks sweet! Movie goes like this:
Two very intelligent but very unbalanced addicts, just graduated from high school and lost in a world of drugs, decide to find a past time to occupy their minds and fill their directionless days.
Researching paranormal events piques their interest and their research leads them to a haunted and now abandoned hospital in their area. For the hell of it, they decide to post their findings on the internet.
Unexpectedly, their article gets bought by a major magazine, earning them a big pay check, a grant, and keys to the hospital to continue their research. They take the money and do what any other stoner teenager in their position would do: they throw a party.
Many miscellaneous drugs and several hits of acid later, all of their hauntings begin to turn to stark reality, and a terrible host of inner demons comes to life. In the dark hallways of the abandoned hospital, they prove that compared to anything paranormal, human nature is darker by far.
They also have RIP CAGE coming out, which is still shooting in Scotland, but it’s almost wrapped up.
What could compare to the torture of a trapped and lost soul? What could compare to the horror of existing one step closer to complete decay?

These seven strangers all share the same wish, the same goal and the same reasons for being here. In this place, the only thing that matters is to avoid dying… or perhaps, to avoid staying alive for too long.
When reality goes out and surreal nightmares are left in it’s place, there’s only one thing that is certain; pain.
We’ll be able to catch the teaser trailer for this flick on the MANIA DVD, as well as some upcoming festivals.
And finally, TRESPASSED- which is a soon to begin filming epic action-thriller that’s coming to DVD this fall. I could give you the synopsis, but right now it’s all in German, so let’s just say it looks cool so far!
