Corpse and Cave move

Variety has reported a series of date changes for a few flicks coming out next year. Some moving up…. some moving down… but hey, we have plenty of time to re-arrange our schedules, so don’t fret about it too much!

THE CORPSE BRIDE, the newest Tim Burton stop-animation film was originally slated for October 14th… and will now be coming out Sept. 23rd. BRIDE features the very talented voices of Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter, Emily Watson and Chistopher Lee. All I got to say is: Super-Sweet!

Bruce Hunt’s film THE CAVE, once slated for March 1st… is now hitting theaters April 8th. THE CAVE is about a group of expert cave explorers who go for a deep sea ocean dive to explore a cave. While on the expedition, the cave collapses, leaving the team stranded. By the time they are discovered, they have all mysteriously mutated into primeval beings.
Think JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH on steroids. Count me on board for that one!

I don’t know about you guys out there, but I’m really looking forward to anything that has to do with corpses, Tim Burton, and Johnny Depp. And it looks like we’ll be enjoying that flick earlier than expected. Stay tuned for more news on these flicks, as well as more (as I’m sure there will be) release date changes in the future.
