Happy Birthday WES CRAVEN! In honor of this MASTER OF HORROR who left us way too damn soon, we just re-posted this 2011 interview we did with the man at Amoeba Music Record Store in Los Angeles right before SCREAM 4 came out. Here the affable and classy Mr. Craven talks about his films, the filmmakers that inspired him growing up and much more!

I'll always remember when I found that Wes passed on in 2015. I was at a Frighfest Film Festival party having a good time, then I saw the news on my phone and yeah… I was gutted. I couldn't continue having a good time. I grew up with man's films. He had a huge impact on my love of horror. Gone but not forgotten sir! The horror world misses you! Feels like a NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET revisit tonight… you gonna watch a Wes film to honor him tonight?
